  1. Finely chop the onion and add to a large pan with the oil. Cook on a low heat for 5-8 mins until soft.
  2. Finely dice the red pepper, red chilli and crush the garlic. Turn the heat up to medium and add to the pan, for a few minutes until softened..
  3. Add the spices and stir for 2 mins until aromatic.
  4. Add the tomatoes, passata, puree and stock. Stir and let simmer for 8 mins..
  5. Add the drained beans, quorn, honey and Worcester sauce. Stir and simmer for 10 mins. Or leave on a low heat until ready..
