- Cover the lan and let it cook for 2 mins then add potatoes and cauliflower in it. Mix well..
- Add coriander leaves and garam masala then cook on medium flame for 5,6mins.add salt.
- Cook for another 6 minutes until potatoes and cauliflower are tender but not soggy. You may add some water if masala is sticky.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve with roti or chapati..
