The ingredients needed to make Kheer:

  1. Soak rice for hours drain water and dry it on kitchen towel to absorb extra moisture..
  2. Grind the rice into a fine powder. In pot take milk and let it boil slow down flame and add powdered rice. Keep stirring with wooden spoon cook on low flame so no lumos form. Cook until rice start absorbing milk and become thick. Add desicated coconut ground cardamom. Sugar and jagery. Keep stirring..
  3. Cook until it becomes smooth and thicken like custard. Close down flame serve and garnish with Pista Almond and silver paper..
