  4. Now divide this mixture in two parts add one part of red food colour and half cup buttermilk n fold gently.
  5. In a large pot add salt, preheat for 5 minutes on high flame..
  6. Add the vanilla batter in the greased cake tin square and place it in the preheated pot, cover and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or till checked with a tooth pick comes out clean done, on low flame. Again add red batter n cook fully.
  7. Leave to cool. In bowl add cream sugar coconut n mix well.
  8. Now in serving tray put first vanilla sponge then spread chocolate sauce I use Hershey's then put red cake repeat it with two times cover with cream mixture and let it cool for half an hour one hour in freezer.
  9. In dry coconut flakes add dry red food colour powder form spreaded on top ❤️🥰 Serve and enjoy.
