Instructions to make Brown Rice:
- Now let's prepare our Rice. First in a Big Bowl, add Water to boil the rice(2X of the quantity you have taken of the rice)..
- Once the water starts boiling, add 2 & 1/2 cups of Basmati rice, 1 tsp of Oil and salt to taste..
- Cook the rice only 80%, don't over cook it. Cook it for approximately 10-12 mins. If the rice is still raw, cook it for more 5 minutes..
- Strain the Rice and wash it will cold water to stop cooking the Rice..
- Now let's prepare our Fried Rice. First, add 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Garlic. Let it saute for 2 minutes until the raw is gone. Now add Onions and Capsicum. Let it saute for 5 minutes until Half cooked..
- Now add the prepared Sauce and a pinch of salt (use as per your taste). Mix it well and add homemade Chowmein masala, and 1 tbsp Red chilli powder (skip it if not eating so much spicy).
- Now add some chopped Manchurian balls and saute it. Finally add the rice and stir it well. Don't over stir..
